Council advances final fire station payment, hears housing project opposition
Athens City Council on Monday discussed its final payment to Pepper Construction following the theft of its intended final payment in November 2024. The council also held a public hearing for a proposed rezoning on Hooper Street in relation to a proposed housing project.
