ATHENS, Ohio – The City of Athens announces that Mill Street will be closed to eastbound traffic from Court Street to North College Street 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Thursday, June 18 for sanitary line repair. There will be no thru or emergency traffic. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
