ATHENS, Ohio – The City of Athens announces that West Carpenter Street will be closed 8 a.m. until complete Monday, March 23, from Court Street to Congress Street for a sanitary sewer repair. There will be no thru traffic or emergency. Traffic detour signage will be posted. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
