ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio – On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, the Athens County Engineer’s Office will close CR 19 (Radford Road) between Bittersweet Lane and Longmeadow Lane from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Contractors will be drilling soil borings for a future landslide repair during this time.
This will be a complete closure with local traffic maintained; no through traffic will be permitted. Signboards will be placed tomorrow to notify the public of the closure.
