The City of Athens announces that Richland Avenue at Dairy Lane will be closed to traffic starting August 10 through September 10, 2026 for ongoing work on the City Sewer Improvements Project. There will be no emergency or thru traffic. Motorists are asked to avoid the area. The City apologizes for any inconvenience.
