ATHENS, Ohio — The City of Athens announces that West Carpenter Street from Congress Street to Court Street will be closed to eastbound traffic for brick repair 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday, May 18.
There will be no thru or emergency traffic. Motorist are asked to avoid the area.
