Ukrainian athletes express thanks in visit to Athens

ATHENS, Ohio — The Ukrainian bobsled and skeleton team visited Athens recently to thank the community for its support of their country since Russia invaded in 2022. Their trip culminated in March 10, when the visitors prepared and served a borscht dinner for volunteers at Little Wing Thrift Store and Curiosity Shop. The shop supports Little Wing Relief, which has sent tons of supplies and equipment to Ukraine in the past year.
