Graveside services are provided by Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, at Athens Memory Gardens, 7360 Cameron Road, Athens OH 45701 at 12pm on Friday, September 8th, 2023. The graveside services will be officiated by Pastor Matt Peachey.

A graveside service will be held Friday, Sept. 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Nye Cemetery, Chauncey.  No calling hours will be observed.  Arrangements are with Jagers & Sons Funeral Home, Athens.  Please share a memory, a note of condolence or sign the online register at www.jagersfuneralhome.com.

A public viewing took place Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home. Per Yancey’s wishes, his body was cremated following the visitation.

Visiting hours are 4–6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, at Jagers and Sons Funeral Home, Athens. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 at the funeral home.

Friends may call Wednesday, Sept. 6th from 4-6 p.m. with a service immediately afterwards at Jagers & Sons Funeral Home, 24 Morris Ave, Athens, OH with Rev. Stephen T. To celebrate Betty’s life and the profound impact she had on those around her, a memorial service will be held on September 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Hughes Moquin Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for his family and friends will be held later in the fall. Contributions to cover the many end-of-life expenses can be made care of the Hughes Moquin Funeral Home where services have been entrusted.

Tiffany Dawn Shaffer, age 44, passed away on the 12th of August 2023. Private services were held for Tiffany.
