No public services are planned. In lieu of flowers donations in her name can be made to Southeast Ohio History Center, Natural Resources Defense Council or Save the Redwoods League.

Louis E. Wright died Feb. 7, 2023, at age 82 from complications with Parkinson’s. A private memorial will be planned at a later date.

Jerry Jagers, 89, of Athens passed Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, at his home. Born Nov. 25, 1933, in Athens, he was the son of the late John T. Jagers and Erma Thomas Jagers.
